since im done with my first mass cycle it is time to start contemplating my spring cutter. i was thinking of something simple like prop/tren/winstrol, but then again i have a source for some masteron and was considering that as well.
i will definitley use clen and i am considering t-3.
i want to be hard as a freaken rock with freaky vascularity.
Correct me if I’m wrong, but isn’t having both masteron and winny redundant? Aren’t they both DHT derivatives with similar characteristics (causing muscle ‘hardening’, striations, etc.)?
I’d stick with just winny, but that’s just my 2cc.
Winny, test, tren, are all great, but what about dbol (if you’re using an aromatase inhibitor)?? That steroid dieting article recommended dbol due to the possible upregulation of beta receptor sites (which with the clen and possibly Ephedrine/caffeine), and increased dopamine levels (helping satiation during dieting).
I know dbol during cutting seems like a contradiction, but who knows, maybe it really would help? Seems like a neat concept, at least.
What kind of diet would you follow on this? Hardcore ketosis? Or what?
Some additional supplements you might consider are 5-HTP (for carb cravings), Alpha lipoic acid (to control blood sugar), and gymnema sylvester (for increased insulin sensitivity).

Plan and write out your meals down the the exact calories (type, volume etc.) Low carbs throughout no high glycemic carbs. No carbs after 6 and for a real effective cutter expect it to take a longer then you think it will. To effectively take off fat and maintian LBM it needs to be done at a slower rate otherwise your loss of strength etc. will put a crimper on you emotionally and potentially knock you off track. I’ve found that adding a little glutamine 3 -4 times a day particularly pre workout also 5g of creatine pre workout only don’t use enough for it to build up, will help fuel me through a workout when on calorie restricted diet.
You also could add a little gh.
Winny and masteron are completely different… think of masteron as a tren that wont get you bald if you use finasteride… actually thats a shitty way to think about it but masteron is much more like tren than winny. I also reccomend adding some d-bol.
Using Masteron and Winny together would not be a contradiction by any means. Rather, an effective hardening stack and commonly used pre-contest. There are a few different steroids that are DHT derivatives, yet all have different actions and purposes. But when it comes to dieting and getting hard we ALL know that Tren is the base drug for the cycle. Now most would say Tren/winstrol but after my pre-contest cycle last summer I will say that Dbol is actually BETTER. Quite a bit better actually. I was pretty far into my diet, about four weeks out from my show and about 4 1/2% bodyfat at the time. I was using Tren/prop/winstrol. I ran out of Winstrol and started injecting Dbol twice a day until I could get more Winnie. From the dbol alone my vascularity went through the roof and I started taking on a hardness I had not seen before. Also, I FELT better…Winnie caused too high of a BP increase.
So my perfect cutting cycle would be Tren/dbol/test and GH.
At the time I was using clomid because suppression was an issue. I was running 200mgs of Tren ED and had a little nipple sensitivity from that. If supprsession was not an issue than I would have used Arimidex. I had zero water retention and my skin was looking very thin.
I don’t think he was taking the clomid for anti aromatase, although that might be construed from reading it. Rather he probably used the clomid for blood levels and a quick jump into recovery. I am only guessing but I know TF fairly well and this is what I think he was talking about.
my cycle is structured like this. weeks 1-10, prop and eq(front only the eq) at 200mgs/eod. weeks 5-10 tren at 125mgs/ed, oral winny at 90-100mgs/ed. weeks 1-4 t3 and clen/eca(two week rotation). weeks 8-12 same t3/clen/eca protocol. nolva and hcg throughout. clomid post. i am on week 4 now. getting steady strength gains in the gym. nice pumps. getting much harder. my weight is consistant. i am sure things will continue to come along nicely next week as i begin the tren/winny.

Drago1, have you ever done prop with ED injections? And if so, do you see any difference in gains between ED and EOD? And are you using a short-acting EQ? Much thanks.
