Ultimate Chest Exercises with Bodyweight

I guess so, looks like you should go post this on a gymnast forum where you will get a lot of positive feedback.
fazzenterprise wrote:

You show me one professional bodybuilder doing that then. If it’s that magical, SOMEONE on the Olympia stage HAS to be utilizing it.
Ya and they are also using every supplement and drug they can get there hands on to get to where they are. Pro bodybuilders build bulk muscle that makes there body extremly slow, unflexable, and just for show…
Yes, because taking a drug one night makes you wake up the next at 260lbs of solid muscle

This is the ignorant shit that puts such a negative light on bodybuilders. These guys doing this crap is all fine and dandy, but they are the same to me as the 150lb dude doing 50pullups.

Bad trolling is bad, 2/10.

But I’ll give you bonus points for use of youtube vids, 4/10.

Hmm, I think you need to add 0.5 points for the use of less than perfect grammar. Also, you will need to add another 0.5 points for having an avatar showing off his hot bodzz.
I give a 5/10 for trolling.

So then what are you doing in this forum? This is a bodybuilding forum where we talk about how to get huge as fuck. Go back to wherever you came from and be content in filling out that large size polo you washed in hot water and dried for 2 hours. God damn…

Sorry but you lack understanding of these exercises. Planche, planche pushups, one hand pushups, plyo pushups… are all working the chest. Ya there is alot of core as well, but its mainly chest. Get the facts strait before posting cocky remarks.
Planches are not a chest exercise. Especially when done with bent arms (actually more a combo of being able to exert and maintain tension throughout the body, and balance). Plyo pushups aren’t a chest exercise either when you add that hopping/ kipping motion with your legs. Granted, it looks flashier, but it isn’t harder and you certainly aren’t making your chest bear the brunt of the work.

Either way, these are not bodybuilding methods.
Sounds like you and some others above dont know what you are talking about, or any experience with this style of exericses. So u think bodybuilding can only be done through weightlifting? These are bodweight exercises that target the chest and build muscle. Also this is bodybuilding not just conditioning… Its muscle building exercises done in sets, only its not weights being used. Once again… i will say it… the major muscle being focused on in all the exercises is the chest, and the core is worked too. Looks like alot of ignorant and unexperienced people in this forum.
Then why are you posting here?

I know what I’m talking about, thanks. I have enough experience with planches to know that there is no fucking way of isolating chest when you do them. Oh, and learn to lock your elbows out fully before you start claiming you can do strait (sic) arm planches.

If you’re going to claim to be able to isolate specific bodyparts, it would help your cause immensely if you could execute the exercise properly and to its most difficult progression.

I guess you and Akuma have the same goals in mind… Getting huge and not cut…

It’s probably for the best that the OP sticks with bodyweight if this is what happens when he gets his hands on a weights set:

Guaranteed to destroy your shoulders. Literally.

Edit: this doesn’t appear to have loaded for some reason. Check out the “ripped shoulder workout” on the OP’s Youtube page.

He tried that. They kicked him out for having shitty form.

I’ve got my next contest in June. When’s the last time you competed in a bodybuilding show?

This really irritates me. How do you get off saying these bodybuilders are unathletic and unflexable. Have you used youtube to look at anything other then your own ‘party trick’ exercises??

There’s videos of Roelly Winklaar doing a back flip, Kai Green break-dancing and basically pulling off the splits, Phil Heath jumping up to pop a basketball rim (he’s only about 5’7" btw), Brandon Curry doing sets of explosive pullups (as it seems youre all about bodyweight exercises), and old Kevin Levrone footage of his sprinting ability. The picture of Tom Platz, aka Quadzila, doing the splits also shows that your evaluation of bodybuilders has NEVER been accurate. This doesn’t even mention the AMAZING feats of strength these guys posses.

So if they are able to do all these things, while being about twice (and in some cases almose three) times your bodyweight, with roughly the same bodyfat percentage as you in the offseason, AND being about 5 times stronger, how can you consider their muscles ‘all for show’???
Spidey22 wrote:

Because if he didn’t feel this way and cry “steroids” anytime someone made more progress than he did, he wouldn’t be able to feel superior any longer. And his fragile, masturbating in his mom’s basement, ego can’t handle that kind of hit.

Fat neck beards have feelings too ya know.

Yeah, but someone always posts some stupid Kettlebell thread. Does ANY Olympia contender use fucking kettlebells?

Give the kid a break, Akuma. It’s pretty cool that he’s busting his ass working out, albeit not strictly BBing exercises.

lol if it was just another random thread that simply said "i like this chest exercise,’ i wouldnt have even commented. But it was stating this was the ‘ultimate’ chest movement, and then the op began attacking commenters for their lack of support of said title.
