I read many a time in various articles and diets that people are using low carb bread, tortillas etc, sugar free jam.
That kind of thing and when i visit the USA i can usually smuggle some back with me but here in the UK we just have no choice except at extorted prices from the internet, so if there are any UK posters in here who know which supermarkets, shops or perhaps websites offer low carb produce at reasonable prices i would greatly appreciate it if they would post them.
