I’ve previously been based in the US and had been using Metabolic Drive until I moved back to London earlier this year. The delivery charges for Metabolic Drive make it no longer a viable option for a protein powder and it’s an absolute fortune to buy in the UK.
I’ve looked into the Maximuscle products, but Cyclone seems like it has too much creatine per serving and Promax has too many Carbs. Holland and Barrett’s own products are low in quality and taste disgusting. I realise there are many more but am looking for pointers.
If anyone else has had similar problems to me and has managed to find a good solution, please let me know.
I am also in the UK, and also have to suffer those ridiculous shipping prices.
I usually order in bulk, in order to spread the shipping cost over a larger volume of supplements, and normally the strong exchange rate makes it viable.
However, sometimes I only need a few supplements, such as now, and it sucks!
I was wondering, anyone know of a good BCAA product available in the UK? I was actually hoping for some powder or liquid form, I’m sick of taking 18 pills at a time, I always almost puke!
