I started watching UFC religously about a month ago and I’m hooked and interested in eventually competeing. I was wondering if anyone knew a good MMA instructor in the Ocean County, New Jersey area. If not, are there any books or websites on the topic? If there is anyone who competes in MMA I would appreciate it if you could PM me.
Check out mma.tv, as the title implies, it is geared toward MMA. They have an excellent school/training partner search engine(it only finds whatever people have registered). That should help you out somewhat. If you check out the site, they have all kinds of resources for purchasing training tapes and equipment.
