I did not carb cycle with pop tarts, I was asked what I had aten that day, and it was a pop tart, and that was at 5, i was just hungry and needed something quick. No I do not think that pop tarts or processed foods are good, but if you want to think that, go right ahead, I could care less.
“Aten”!
Seiously?
And in another post you rote “retarted”?
God. and people call me a troll for my, allegedly, “poor” spelling. lol rofl lmao!
Thread fail!

Agreed. The same goes for people asking for pics when someone claims they are “230lbs at 5% body fat”. This is a forum about gaining muscle mass. I personally feel it should be a requirement to have your picture somewhere on this site if you give advice at all.
I get the feeling many of these people posting are bed ridden and obese while typing pages of advice about why everyone should avoid ever eating carbs and fats at the same time.
Ummmmmm, I happen to know you are talking about me because of our argument about nutrition in the Physique and Performance pics area. I wasn’t looking for attention, you looked in my profile and called me out because I disagreed with you. I put those stats in my profile because it asks for it and it’s true (more or less).
That being said, I don’t really give a shit if you think I’m fake, or anyone else who doesn’t have pics. However I do try and post the best information that I have gathered related to physical well being.
No one is required to listen, the reader simply has to decide for themselves what is good info. If you’re too stupid to sort out the best info yourself then you probably should be reading a book instead of a forum post.

Who are you? I am not talking about YOU because there are TONS of other people on this forum who dish out advice like they are doctors or world class personal trainers when they don’t even look like they lift and they have no formal education.
It is VERY interesting that you thought you were the one I was speaking of.

I refuse. Someone has to counter his bad advice.

Here is the problem right here. How do you know that you are regurgitating the ‘best information’ unless you have a shit-ton of experience? Sorry to seem like a dick, but I think this is a legit question.
lol this is a funny thread.
so much anger.
and it’s good to see the gruesome twosome at it again! lol

LOL, I officially don’t believe anything in your profile except height and weight. Most people would jump at the chance to prove someone wrong with a video showing your 410 max BP or repping 225 26 times. But I’m sure those numbers are accurate, you know, more or less.

whew that made me lol hard haha

How much did you know at 17?

I know I thought I knew everything at 17.
Damn I thought you all knew I was 17! To make my lifts at least a little legit, I will try and film them, but it pisses me off that on Friday, I forget my video camera. Someone PM me thursday night and remind me to bring my video camera. Who’s up for rack pulls Friday? I havent done rack pulls since God knows when!
And btw, I know my grammar on the computer sucks, but when I write essays in pen, I have yet to get anything under a B.

I love these call out threads. They make about as much sense as ‘pics or it didn’t happen’ posts.

call out threads are stupid, yes. gay as a fannypack full of rainbow dicks.

Not to sound smart but I was never able to see your pics since it is private. From what I heard your a big mudafucker. I really want to see some of your pics.
I have a whole thread in the T-cell including my high school pic. People just don’t look and as soon as I take my pic down from my avatar, they act like it was never there.
The pic above was taken July 1, last week. I am dieting now so I’m not as filled out as I have been before.
Silly rabbit, I know its something you’ve never seen before, but that is what it looks like when you carry enough size to not be mistaken for a little kid.
I sure would like to see you show me how it’s done though.

I wouldn’t know. I haven’t jumped into that debate and don’t care enough to look.
