High handle prowler push
Between the two movements, you hit “the everything”, putting a heavy weight over your head from the floor always makes you more awesome, the clean hits a triple extension, the prowler builds your legs AND your lungs, and you come out of the whole thing absolutely fierce.
For bonus: do it Litvinov style, where you hit the log vipers before sprinting away with the prowler.
