I train every bodypart twice per week on low volume … For delts i do one rest pause set of dumbell laterals… right now I am at 25kg for 20 reps and 1 heavy set of dumbell presses in 6-8 rep range… My shoulders get hit from other exercises like during benching and chinning so I don’t do much … just the basics…
