Was just going through some old pics and came across some from about 6 years ago when I weighed just under 80kgs or 175lbs versus today where I’m arpund 104kgs or 228lbs. I’m not as lean as I was back then but even with that taken into account when you spread almost 25kgs (55lbs) over 6’3" it doesn’t seem to be that much.
Cuurently trying to get back to that bf% but maintain the same weight or thereabouts over the next 10 weeks, the afters will hopefully be more impressive.
first post?.. all right. Lookin good, your side pose looks better though. My advice is that you add a back and leg shot so people can properly critique.
traps seem underdeveloped, but other than that not bad.

Mondays- Shoulders
Tuesdays- Legs
Wed- bi’s and tri’s
Thurs-abs and cardio
Fri- Back and chest,
Sat, Sun generally spent surfing so I guess thats cardio.
Like I said I am trying to maintain the same weight, I’m hoping for current weight at 10% rather than the mid to high teens I would estimate it at now. To that end I have been doing 40-45 mins steadt state fasted cardio 4-5 times a week, I have found in the past this works best for me.
Diet is around probably just under maintenance for me right now, I tend to feel and train better on high protein, moderate carbs and lowish fats. Tried high protein and fat and minimal carbs and I felt like shit for ages. I have some back pics from a while ago when I was a bit heavier and before I went alco crazy over xmas…
Ah no worries, I can take that onboard, unfortunately I don’t have his money. As far as training goes shoulders are definitely my fave part to train. Do a fair bit of work on them, probably sounds like overtraining but I like it and it seems to work.
4 x 8 reverse flies with 75lbs dumbells
4 x 8 Seated machine presses with 200lbs
3 x 8 side raises with 35lbs dumbells
1 x 16 side raises with 26lbs dumbells
4 x 6 dumbells shrugs with 75lbs dumbells
3 x 8 reverse cable flies not sure on weight
3 x 12 light cable side raises
The last two exercises just really pump my shoulders up, feels good more than anything, full of blood and lactic acid, dunno why but I like the pain in them.
