I’m in week 5 of my diet and have been trying some new stuff. Here are 2 reciepes that work for breakfast or postworkout meal.
Protien pancakes
1 cup oats
1 cup ff cottege cheese
6 egg whites
Cinnamon to taste
1 tsp vanilla extract
Splenda to taste or your goals
Blend up and pour in a pam skillet. This is the best recipe for this I’ve ever had.
Eggs and Oatmeal
Boil 1 cup of water
Add 1/2 cup of oats for approx 1 minute
add 8 egg whites
simmer on low stirring for 8 minutes
add either 1 slice ff cheese, or splenda to taste.
Both have helped me a bunch as something other than just scrambled egg whites, and they both cook very fast and simple.

Eggs and oatmeal mixed together???
I’m sorry, I mix a lot of stuff together, but that just sounds bad!
Do you make it sweet, like oatmeal, or salty like eggs? Now I’m curious…

I thought the same thing before I tried it. But if your sick of eating the two seperate, try this once. You can add salt and a slice of ff cheese, or splenda/brown sugar splenda. Let me know if you try it.

Last I checked, that brown-sugar splenda is just half real brown sugar, and half splenda.
I’ve mixed egges and oats cooked for a few minutes, tastes good.
I’ve also mixed oats and cottage and milk, uncooked, tastes excellent.
If i get this right, your mixing cc, oats and eggs, then cook it.
Doesn’t cc taste like really bad if you heat it up, like perished…?
I think my stomache couldn’t handle that.

Brown sugar splenda is a staple in my morning oatmeal. If you check the stats, it’s more than 50% healthier than regular brown sugar, so I’m not sure the actual split is 50/50. It’s good stuff regardless.
