What kind of an asinine comment is that, not sure if I can take that seriously.
I mean if someoneās going to question my physique, challenge me to post pics, ridicule me for not posting them, then offer to send me a phone/camera to post said pics, sure iāll humor him. Iād love to be able to post pics and start an IG. I have a lot of debts from previous drug problems In my life, plus I prioritize bodybuilding to the point food and aas have come before a phone. So aside from my bodybuilding passion, my money is going to the more important things in my life right now and nothing else that I donāt really need.
That being said, I basically cut myself off from most people I used to know when I moved cities, and use my home phone and laptop for the people I do still keep in touch with.
What an immature comment to make though really.
There is definitely a depressing amount of people on this forum who post to start an argument or to insult someone only. This is really disappointing, as I was pretty hyped from my first impression of this forum.
Especially when I am here trying to discuss bodybuilding in pure spirit of the love of the sport, it must take an extreme form of low self esteem to have to insult people that you donāt know over the internet for enjoyment. I mean, if somebodyās thread irked me, I simply wouldnāt post in it. Why start a conversation with someone with the intention of a negative hateful conversation? thatās the definition of dysfunctional!
Look, itās very simple. You are either trolling, which I hope is the case, or you are a bum that just requested for and accepted a handout from a stranger. If you had at least offered to reimburse him at a later date when your finances are more stable, I wouldnāt have commented.

Am I too proud to accept something for free? No, but iād never intentionally seek it.
Iāve been very successful a few years ago and Iāve helped out many people. Back then I Would have NEVER accepted something for free. Iāve humbled my ego a bit since then though. Iāve been at a point when I have a couple hundred k in assets and money, and Iāve been broke, iām not embarrassed to accept something if he wants to send it, ESPECIALLY when Iām being harassed to post pics.
Obviously you can twist something into whatever you want it to be, itās not my true intentions youāre commenting on but your interpretation of them, which is why arguing with somebody over the internet is completely asinine.
For someone to start a conversation over the internet with the INTENTION of a hateful, cynical, and insulting conversation is really a sign of an emotional/mental problem, you must be dealing with some serious stuff or have some serious self doubts to have to do that.
Regardless of your opinions, iām not on forums to argue with somebody I donāt even know about what his interpretations of my actions are.
I really donāt like focusing my time negatively like this I find it very unhealthy, so as your mother has probably told you, if you donāt have anything nice to say, donāt bother saying anything at all!

Hahahahahaha I wasnāt really critizing you or your physique. I was pointing out some problems youāre having convincing people on here your system works. nobody has seen someone so weak with a phyisque you described for yourself. No offense. Without some proof itās difficult to believe it works so well.
What system? Two-a-days are something MANY proās implement and talk about quite often! I havenāt invented any special system! I think a lot of people have lower lifts than they claim is part of the issue with this. Part of it is I naturally grow really easily and well and am naturally weak.
But all I do is high volume (which most AAS users do), and the occasional two a day phase. I mean itās really quite common with SERIOUS bodybuilders, not so much 9-5 work guys
Most people who use AAS are implementing a quite high volume routine.
I got the idea of two a days from the IFBB pro ben pakulski, he also changed how I think about over training.
To bring up his chest after he got his ifbb pro card, he worked his chest (At varying intensity) every SINGLE DAY for almost five years. I am definitely NOT the inventor of high volume. I am honestly blown away at that comment!
Two a days is nothing new but being so weak while saying youāre gaining muscle is. I, nor have probably every one else on here, seen someone who says theyāre as big or as lean as you be sooooo weak. If it is true then congrats youāve found a system that works for you. But with that muscle gain you should be a lot stronger in your rep ranges. Itās just so unbelievable that after a while you would have to add weight to the bar. You would have had to have gotten stronger without even trying. Iāve seen bodybuidlers use some light weights but theyāre always capable of putting him monster numbers and do occasionally.
Maybe Iām genetically gifted (or cursed??) depends how you look at it. Iāve made threads dedicated to this debate.
Think of it this way⦠if I was lying, iād simply say I bench 315, idk who would lie and invent a 205lb 5rep bench.
I started bodybuilding with a max bench of 85 and I have trained for size ever since. My max has gone up from 85 to 205 for 5 and I worked out for 2 years, quit due to drug use, and have worked out another 7 or 8 months since starting again, so thatās a 120lb increase or a 250% increase depending how you see it in 2.5 years. Not great, but not bad for someone working only in a higher rep range IMO.
Definitely not like I donāt get stronger though. When I started up again 8 months ago at 180 16-17% bf, my max bench was like 125 for 8 or so, so in that 8 months Iām up from 125 for 8 to 205 for 5 max, I think thatās pretty good. KEEP IN MIND I do use AAS. And while my dosages are extremely low since starting again (think trt dosages), back before my drug use my AAS use was RETARTED with extreme high dosages. Perhaps that has something to do with growth without a lot of strength? not quite sure.
Itās pretty poor. I will add if you have an addicted personality then it would explain why you would prefer two a day trainings every day. Iāve done two a training to get back into shape for a wedding with less volume than what you said and my body nearly fell apart on me. I would only ever recommend two a days for very very very serious lifters as more of a shock system than a long term solution. But I always advocate doing the least amount of work for continued growth. Always holding a couple of cards in the back pocket for when I really need it.

Well as I said, I am extremely dedicated and serious! If you read my log, you would know that I get 8-9 hours sleep a night, plus a 3-5 hour nap after every workout (Atleast 6 days a week usually 7), which also falls between my two a day workouts when I do them. I have no problem recovering from this.
I only do these when I am bulking on a 4500+ Cal a day diet and I do use AAS, iām sure things are MUCH Different for you as a natty.
