Atomic Dog,
What exactly does your training look like now? Goals?

Hmmm. That’ll take me more than a few lines to describe.
I’d do it now, but I’m off to play poker. Wish me luck!
Just a quick question. When you train your back, you usually work your biceps out pretty hard in the progress.
Likewise, when you train your chest, you usually give your triceps a good workout also.
Why do I see a lot of guys posting their training programs where they work chest and biceps then another day work back and triceps.
Wouldn’t it make sense, that since you have already partially exhausted each of the arm muscles during the two different workouts to just finish them off after your done with the larger, compound movements? I mean, why start all over fresh with working biceps after a session of chest when your triceps would take very little to get a great pump and achieve hypertrophy?
Just wondering…
What about doing an article on prilepin’s table?
