I am just about to embark on my first Waterbury program…the TTT program. Has anyone completed the 6 weeks? What did you think of the 3day Strength/Endurance/Explosive circuit? Did you build mass, strength, cut fat?

I haven’t done this one yet, but I’ve done 2 of Chad’s other programs so far and have had great results!
I plan on doing this sometime as I decide what I’m doing in the future. I’ve realy come to love his routines/articles. His SFM helped me get my strength above and beond what it was 3 years ago when I was at my personal best. Then his “Anti-Bodybuilding Hypertrophy Program” has given me great gains in mass without getting overly fat (which I have a tendancy to do).
I plan on using his “Anti-Bodybuilding Hypertrophy Program II” next I think, then I’ll take another look at my goals and see what I want to do next. I’m realy ancious to start applying “The Eight Keys” for strength training, but Chad’s articles have me hooked.
