I am trying to track down a T Nation article about a summary of a scientific study that compared doing cardio before and after a training session.
I could also be wrong and it was possibly just linked in someone’s reply. Either way, could anyone help and send me the link?

For what it’s worth, I believe Brad Schoenfeld has looked into this, as it was a featured chapter on it in his “Max muscle plan” book that came out a year ago. Brad is the science guy to go to, when it comes to lifting weights.
