No, it doesnāt. It shows how exercising even basic common sense with precautions in meetings results in people getting unnecessarily sick (and also derailing your whole campaign). So, is that ignorance, incompetence, or ill intent?

It might be, but think of it this way:
You have unlimited resources and an entire staff of people contingency planning this very event for months, starting with the initial outbreak.
If I were in that circumstance I would hammer aggressive treatment right away BEFORE it got bad in attempts to head it off at the pass.
So I donāt think itās true that itās necessarily an emergency. When you have an entire room of people spending months on figuring out EXACTLY how to throw everything at this event, theyāll often come up with great plans.
No, and thatās something more people should really appreciate these days (but donāt). Good show.
Yep he may be winded from the walk but again, unlimited resources and all the smart people usually bring out big guns early.

Have you been paying attention to Trump? Heās been ignoring precautions this whole time. His Vice President went to the fucking Mayo Clinic without a mask on. Why did he do this? Because of the optics. Imagine that the fucking optics of taking precautions during a pandemic. In a hospital. He held big rallies and didnāt care if people had masks on.
Yes people who do everything their āsupposed toā are still at risk. They are even more at risk because of people like Trump and their followers who absolutely donāt do what they are āsupposed toā and belittle those who do.
Taking precautions doesnāt mean you canāt get Covid. It just decreases your chances. And no one has been more cavalier with the need for those precautions than Trump. Itās like youāre saying āare you saying a guy who hasnāt taken this seriously is not taking this seriously?ā
