MK-677 didn’t seem to do anything for me. My IGF-1 was basically unchanged (like 3 points lower) on MK.
Haven’t tried the other stuff.

IME no. I’ve been using HGH for the last year, 2-4iu daily, and noticed no extra muscle growth or fat loss, however I do look “fuller” while working out less. Like I’m holding size easier.
For you having a clinical need, maybe? Will raising your dose help you put on more muscle? Yeah probably.
For diet, gluten doesn’t increase your weight, dairy doesn’t and sugar doesn’t. Eating more calories than you need causes you to gain weight, and eating less will cause you to lose it.
Same for me. Its easier to maintain muscle while being leaner. Certainly helps you not look so flat in a deficit. As far as building new tissue, doesn’t seem to do much and the research backs this at these doses. If you are not deficient then it probably won’t do much in a replacement dose obviously. For me, I was very low so now its really showing a differnce.
It was the same for me when I started TRT. I was diagnosed secondary hypo and my FT was half the lowest range. When I went on TRT through my Endo I completely changed in looks. I looked more masculine in the face and of course as a lifetime fitness enthusiast my body comp changed drastically. I have friends that, despite my warnings, jumped on TRT with perfectly mid range natural labs. Their ‘optimized’ protocols yielded them virtually nothing over natural.
TRT did this for me as well. My facial hair probably tripled. I think TRT made my face a bit less chubby looking. Kinda rid me of the baby face look.
Have you or @swoops39 noticed any changes from GH regarding growing facial features with replacement doses? IDK, I wouldn’t want my nose any bigger haha.
I was kinda the same; at 24 I was getting ID’d for 16+ concerts in Denver. Eventually we befriended a bartender and even showing my ID he wouldn’t believe I was over 21. I did my first AAS cycle at 27 and my face really did change; facial hair, hairline receded, just a more gruff appearance overall. I started wearing a beard most of the time after that.
I did BnC for nearly 10 years, then went off for about 2 before starting TRT. I didn’t notice any changes or regressions during that time tho. I kept the facial hair and whatnot.
For GH from 2-6iu over the last year yes, I have noticed changes in my face. I’ve always had a prominent nose but I’ve noticed it looks wider, if not larger. There are more wrinkles and creases in my face around my nose and my eyes. This could be age, of course, I’m 43. But looking at pics of my 40th I wasn’t think “aged” looking.
I have to stop the GH for a while anyway, and I’m not sure I’ll start back up.
Probably a good decision not to cover these costs. There is no proven benefit in supplementing GH for adults. The scientists took it literally as in “growth hormone”, in adults, growth is no longer expected… so GH is not vital.
