what is the actual weight difference between 45lb iron plate to rubber coated 45lb plate. so that I can add more weight to balance it out.
I’m sorry but how low does your IQ have to be to ask this question?
waylander is that you in your av looks like you’ve had the baby is it a boy or a girl???

Where are the rubber plates in question made? I’d be willing to bet that if they are made in China, then they probably weigh something south of 45 lbs. You know, weight is money.
But the real question is, why do some rubber plates smell like farts???
Sorry bro after I have my "super shake 4000) I often experience bouts of savage farting. I usually try to hold it until the kid in the Affliction shirt walks by but I don’t want my bunghole to explode

This is no joke. I’m talking specifically about those shiny rubber coated, multi-sided weights that some gyms have switched to…LIFETIME Athletic anyone? They must be emitting methane molecules or something. You could drink 4 super shakes and fart all you want in the “free-weight area”, no one would know the difference.
