I second T3hPwnisher’s recommendation about lightening the load for isolation exercises.
Two things that I’ve needed to pay attention to when dealing with elbow issues have been:

Not leaning on my workdesk with my elbows, at least not too much. There are some days I spent hours and hours at the desk and that certainly worsens my elbow pain.

No sleeping with my elbows bent more that 90 degrees. I totally preferred sleeping with my arm bent acutely under my pillow, but that started to make my hands go numb, so I had to stop that, despite having decent shoulder mobility and such.
