tricep symmetry

I’m left handed and the lateral head of my left tricep is significantly bigger than my right. The strange thing is, the long head of my right tricep has been getting quite a bit bigger than the left.

I’ve been relying heavily on dips for my triceps and am wondering if this is because I’ve been leaning to my right too much. Also, how would I go about fixing the size differences in the two heads?

everybody has similiar problems with each bodypart. it is genetic as well as a reflection of your dominant side. try using more unilateral movements and or incorporate an extra set for the weak side or 1 less set for the strong side.

i also find that switching your spank hand can work wonders. just think youve probabaly wacked your monkey what 1,000, 2,000 times in your life? id be willing to bet almost everytime you used the exact same hand. that is grounds for some serious imbalance issues.
