Seems that my left tricep is noticeably larger than my right, specifically the lateral head or the bump near the outer edge or the arm. While it doesn’t seem stronger than my right, you would guess that I’d like to figure out why it’s un-proportional and how to fix it.
I’m 98% positive that my form doesn’t favor my left, especially because I’m right handed. The only thing I could think of that would have affected this is because I played baseball and my left arm was responsible for most of the swinging(extending) or because I have right shoulder surgery back in 2004.
Anyways, I guess my main question is what are some good exercises for the lateral head that I would iso on my right arm to help it catch up?
Thanks
