TRIBEX and HOT-ROX

First some background. I am 22 years old and a college student. I weigh 195, trying to get down to around 180. I have plenty of time so I am going on a slow cut to my desired weight.

I am very discipled when it comes to my nutrition. The routine I started a 2 weeks ago is CT’s Destroying Fat. Currently I am taking just HOT-ROX, whey, casein, fish oil, etc. I am going back to school in 2 weeks and I want to start taking TRIBEX since I’ve heard HOT-ROX and TRIBEX is an effective stack.

Now for my question, I am a college student so I do tend to drink some. I am going to cut it back to about 1 night a week (which will be my cheat day) since I am not in too much of a rush with losing the weight. The night I would drink would be either Friday or Saturday. So, should I cycle off the TRIBEX on Fri and Sat? Also, should I take the HOT-ROX on the day I am going to drink? I just want to make sure that the Rox and TRIBEX plus some alcohol wont hurt me. Thanks for any help.

I’m pretty sure Cy has said to not mix HRX with alcohol. I’d lay off the HRX for that night you’re going to drink and just resume the next day. Granted you dont wake up drunk.

If anything, I’d be sure to use TRIBEX the day of and after drinking to try to offset at least some of the negative effects of an alcohol binge.

It might be a good idea to not take HOT-ROX the day of your binge, but I’d be sure to use it the following day to help jump start fat loss since alcohol essentially shuts it down.
