HOT-ROX and Beer

i just recently bought a bottle of HOT-ROX. i usually drink a few beers through out the week, but get pretty toasted on the weekends.

i am wondering if drinking beer causes any weird reactions with HOT-ROX?

and, would it be smart to take weekends off from HOT-ROX use or to use it as normal while drinking?

drinking doesn’t usually start until night time anyways, well after HOT-ROX wears off i’m sure but i’d like to be safe.

also, in two weeks, i am going to a weekend long, woodstock style concert with camping, undoubtedly horribly unhealthy food choices and 24 hr boozing. more like 48 hour boozing.

how would that go over with HOT-ROX use?

will it kill my liver or kidneys?

There is a huge side effect. By drinking beer while taking HOT-ROX, it causes…NO RESULTS!

Why not “enjoy” the next two weeks, get shitfaced on that weekend, then attack your fat loss/physique goals? Use that weekend as a “farewell” to beer for the next month or two.

Your money will be better spent using a fat loss product while actually trying to lose weight.

texasguy, combining the two can results in headaches due to too much vasodilation. The official line on combining the two is to not take HOT-ROX on days you intend to drink. The two should be separated (ideally) by 24 hours.

NOTHING.I’ve been a dumbass and combined the two,and I got drunk. Not intentionally of course, but when I was cutting and taking HOT-ROX,I’ve given in to peer pressure and went out at night and had a few.But you need to realize whats more important to your goals, getting fucked up or looking good.

Until I cut out all drinking,I never did meet any of my physique goals. So I wouldn’t waste 42.00 on HOT-ROX if you’re not taking your diet and work-outs serious,it’s not a magic pill.Just my 2 cents.

appreciate it. i do diet pretty well and excercise routinely. i’m only around 15% body fat, but i havn’t been doing cardio lately.

i’m adding cardio and HOT-ROX soon with the summer coming up. i plan on spending lots of it at the beach and am going on a cruise in august.

i was really looking for more of the vasodialation answer. i don’t drink enough to put on weight, the upcoming weekend aside.

that being said, i don’t compete in body building. i lift for health and to look good now that i no longer play any sports, and i’m sure HOT-ROX would be helpful with any diet, though more effective in some scenarios than others.

You must be confused. If you lift for health, yet you treat your body shitty with your diet? I’m quite sure beer has not become a health food recently.

You shouldn’t be taking HOT-ROX if your diet sucks. Get the diet down and THEN you can move on to supplements for fat loss.

actually, numerous studies show the benefits of drinking a few beers, or a few glasses of wine daily. as mentioned, i typically only a few through out the week, usually one or two with dinner on the days i do drink them.

and my diet is great.

some times i will binge on the weekends, but according to my doctor check ups and general fitness level, it is obvious to me that my excercise, supplements and diet give more health benefits than beer takes away.

i really just wanted to know if there are any interactions between hot rocks and alchohol, like the one mentioned by tampa terry.

i couldn’t care less what your opinion on beer itself is.
