My First Bottle of HOT-ROX

Hi guys,

My name is Osvaldo Hernandez Chavez. This is my first post here and i just wanted to introduce my self before i made my first question.

I'm midway through my cutting phase following the T-dawg diet and the second phase of the meltdown training program, everything is going great. I just added two supplements to my diet Tribex and Hot-Rox. My question is, How do you guys recommend i use the supplements for maximum results. By this question i am refering to the timing. I train at 11 a.m. after summer school. Or is this just a stupid question?

My personal reccomendations:

First thing in morning on empty stomach take your two HOT-ROX. Shower, do whatever and then 30 minutes or so after the HOT-ROX have your breakfast and take your Tribex immediately afterward. Similar later in evening for second dose of each.

Just remember: Tribex with food. HOT-ROX on empty stomach but good idea to get meal 30-45 min. after.

Good luck with the diet.

Hrmmm…

My only suggestion would be to make sure you space them out for best results, especially the HOT-ROX. 8-10 hours.

Besides that, don’t stress too awful much.

You can take them both in the morning togther as soon as you wake up. Make sure you drink enough water. The tribex powder is very fine and you may get a burp cloud if you dont have enough water in you. Taking food with Tribex is not necessary. They, Biotest, have gone back and forth with the recommendations of how to take it. The general concensus is it doesnt matter. This is speaking from personal experience also.

Then take them together later in the day say 8 hours later again on an empty stomach.

My question is you mentioned summer school? If you’re in high school what are you taking Tribex for? It can very likely have zero effect on yout T-levels since your hormones are raging right now. You are most likely at the “high” level of natural T already.

well im going to be a junior in college, taking summer school to catch up on my major because i studied in spain for a semester and was unable to take a mathematics course.
