Can someone explain to my dumbass what the correct serving size is for tribex? Is it 4 caps 2/day or 3 caps 2/day?
I’m 5’10, 185 lbs, 12% bf.
I take 3 caps x 2 daily. I.m 6’1" 198 lbs and 15% bf. I am also in the 5th week of a 6 week straight “on” period before I go to the 5 day on -2 day off cycle. I hope this helps.
teh old protocol had those different doses.byt now they say use 4 caps 2 times a day. all you are doing is increasing the dosage at one time.4 caps at a time gives you two grams at a time.i think itb works better this way.
