Damn dude. Looking shredded. [/quote]
Thanks Grizz! I’m hoping to be able to start reverse dieting into the show in another 2 weeks or so, we’ll see…still chasing lower abs
Reverse dieting could be awesome.
Definitely looking shredded.
If I may, try standing a bit more upright, as you get taller you can probably contract the glute a bit more. Also, try grabbing closer to the wrist and pulling the front shoulder back a bit more.

Thanks Tim, I’ll give those tweaks a try tomorrow! I’ll post all my mandatories here soon, would love to hear feedback/critiques on them

I know that feel, again lol.
My abs are stupidly shallow so they take forever to appear.
God those Physique poses are just so lame. No a knock on you by any means, but man… Just not for me I guess.
You are looking killer man, can’t wait to see how this plays out. Been a fun ride and it always seems to go by so fast.
Alright guys, 4 weeks out for physique and about 8 for bodybuilding. Here are the pictures I sent Brian with my weekly check in this morning.

Thanks Lonnie, and I agree regarding physique. My mindset and approach to training in general and prep is much more in line with bodybuilding, my physique just matches up better with the men’s physique category right now

Hello Mr Sartorius! A definite sign of shreddedness!
I’ve been silently following along but thought I’d chirp in with some encouragement and compliments. Excellent progress so far and I think you’re on target for some Tim McBride conditioning, yes I said it.
I’ve got to ask though, what’s the deal with the freaky girl’s head on the far right?!

Thanks man! Haha oh boy you’re putting pressure on me with the Tim McBride conditioningn, that’s quite the statement :). And looking at the pictures I wondered if anyone would say anything bout the head haha…I took the pictures in my beother’s room, it’s a cardboard cutout on a Popsicle stick of his girlfriend for her basketball games

His quads have definitely surpassed mine. I will be shooting for pwolves level conditioning next time I compete.
@ Pwolves
Front relaxed - trying bringing feet together a few inches
Rear lat spread - make sure to turn out the non-spiked leg as well, showing the leg from about 45 degrees turned out makes it look much bigger than from straight on. Also, don’t forget to be pulling your foot in against the floor to help tighten the hamstring on the non-spiked leg
By God you are shredded man. Insanity.
In fact, you may have to make yourself look softer when you compete in physique, meaning dont flex as hard and actually stand kinda relaxed and just “act natural”
These photos are really shocking man, up to this point you have been hiding your true progress from us!
Congrats on getting this far
Looks like I am going to have to work on my posing and my epic post-contest cheat meal so I can beat you in 2 out of our 3 categories. Conditioning is crazy dude.

Ok good call on the lat spread tips, I could definitely show more hamstring definition on the non-spiked leg!
