Thanks for the kind words man, I’m having a lot of fun! I consider myself still a relative beginner and know I’ve got a lot of growing to do, but I dream of an IFPA pro card in bodybuilding someday! And yes I’m sorry man forgot about that, I will write a post on my training in your thread tonight :). Thanks again for checking in, means a lot to me to have people interested

Hey guys, hope everyone’s doing well! Saturday I’ll be 5 weeks out from my first show of the spring, in men’s physique. I’ll be competing in bodybuilding in June. I hit a new low of 177.4 this week, starting to feel pretty tight. Brian made a few changes to my macros today, dropping 10 g of protein and 5 g of fat on low days, as well as reducing my carb intake on refeed days. So new numbers for low days are: 295 c, 60 f, 240 p. Refeed days: 450 c, 50 f, 230 p

Front relaxed. I think my quads are a little inflamed here, as my schedule this week forced me to train legs yesterday morning as well as do my bike sprints last night, so they’re pretty sore today haha

back double bi. Realized I didn’t spike a calf in this shot. I’ll try to snap pictures of all the mandatories sometime this week when I’m practicing posing…I could definitely use some feedback/pointers!


And a physique type shot since that’s what my first show is. My midsection is holding my remaining fat, and still a little tightening up to do in the glutes for bodybuilding. Seems like my eyes are closed in all of these haha
