honestly im just trying to look good and be a better worker , i get paid by the job so the faster i go the more money i make , most guys i work with are 15+ year veterans of the trade jacked so its hard to keep up being skinny
also, martial arts/fightingis very appealing just very costly lol

or like me, who made his whole fighting career by being the ā€œbig guyā€ who can do spin kicks, or just after that for looking more impressive than average fighters, so i get more clients in my classes, etc, so now i have my own fight gym, my own classes and thats how i make my money but i am also my own boss…dont even know if i really needed steroids for this but its just how it happened and i could explain my use for myself at least.
to take shitload of gear to basically dig ditches, is a fucked up way to work… you can probably do any other shit job and not take steroids…
the cost you spend on drugs and food just to do 1 more roof or whatever, is just not a smart business - you wont even break even.

im trying to look good for myself and whoever the fuck looks why does it matter ? are you training to fight to impress women or be a circus show for kids? why does it matter ?

also - i can roof a shingle house in a day with 3 guys make 3k , a flat roof a week to make 25k before material, its more money than any gym owner has ever made , do yes it absolutely does pay off.

last thing - how the fuck would you know if roofers dont do that by the sounds of it youve never worked any construction job , they absolutely do and tbh i can probably link you their ig if it makes you feel better, theyre also bigger than you and a third of your age and drive brand new bmws from overworking.

There’s no hate. You tend to overreact to random people’s posts. The problem is that you are asking for advice on using various steroid compounds and have not yet provided your specific goal and reason for wanting to take them.

Unrelated to TRT, the reason people use and abuse steroids is for gaining strength and muscle. Because that’s what steroids do - give you an unnatural amount of strength that is a prerequisite for pursuing other specific and specialized (mostly athletic) abilities, especially if you are a professional athlete looking for more endurance, strength and coordination on the field.

Being able to roof more houses faster is not a reason to take steroids. You said it yourself, you were doing that job since you were 17 and malnourished. If you want to be able to roof more houses faster, become a more skillful roofer. Watch those veterans you mentioned and replicate their techniques. I’ve done manual labor and strength, although handy, is not the most important aspect, especially if whatever you do requires some skill that cannot be acquired through pure strength alone.

So what are your set goals for this particular cycle? Think in numbers and be realistic. How much do you want to squat, press, deadlift? How many bodyweight chinups do you want to be able to do at the end of your cycle? How much weight do you want to gain or lose?

What are your long term goals? How healthy or unhealthy do you want to be 20-30 years from now?

Make your goals quantifiable and trackable. ā€œLooking goodā€ unfortunately isn’t a goal. It’s a subjective desire that will not be very motivating when injuries, aches and pains start to pile up and you have absolutely no reason to go to the gym.

its not ā€˜purely muscle’ i can save money on mobile cranes by lifting the 250lbs propane tanks on my shoulders and going up 3 stories i save money on not paying laborers by running 100 bundles up a ladder myself.
i start the work earlier and finish earlier , the veterans are literally dead slow meat , theyre good but ive been doing this for years alongside i have the specifics of the job down its mostly about covering for no labors now

dude a tank is easier carried than you realize , i can also go up a ladder with 3 bundles on my shoulder with mediocre effort, whicj are 85lbs a bundle- i didnt say i cant squat i just choose not to because of the risk, the tank once on your shoulder and centered doesnt feel that heavy the shingles are heavier.

If you just want to look good, focusing on being lean is the ticket. I look better with less muscle and lean than I did when I had more muscle and was fatter. It’s not even close.
