going on my firsr tren cycle in 2 weeks after finally hitting my goal weight, ive added significant mass in the last few months and feel like i aint moving much anymore so i wanna hop on the Ttrain
any pointers or advice for a first cycle?
currently on test 600mg weekly , just started anadrol (should i stop it now before starting tren? i havent even finished a week)

I don’t know you but judging by this response I think you should seriously reconsider using tren. It seems you have a short fuse and tren will amplify this. Please reconsider.

i think the main thing is the lack of sleep tbh i work so much and wake up to pray at 3am , last one at 11pm, 10hours roofing shifts, 2hour hike, 1hour gym , and i havent actually stalled , progress just slowed down , i eat decent but it could be better not gonna lie , my main issue is not being able to do compounds anymore due to a back injury a month or so ago i feel like thats been setting me back. those before and after pics is when i started :man_shrugging:t4: but i work with genuine machines (its not just about building muscle its about my endurance abd functionality as well) the faster and harder i work the more money i make

Can you cut this out or lessen the time? Doing this every day is not gonna help you put on size. You have a physical job. That’s enough cardio during a bulking period.

is there anything inherently bad tho ill never work a govt job and everyone i work with are either coke heads or juice heads (or both, its the trade)
i guess i am doing good progress but its hard to keep up , i drink 2 mass gainers a day to keep up with the calories burned , about 4L of water throughout the day (fucking 35 degrees on roofs swinging a sledge is killer)
should i be taking more rest days then?

its not really for exercise i just love hikes , jogging past whale on the trails is fun lol then i get to take pics at the end for my ig page , cardio is important to me for the type of work i do and i dont wanna do cardio at the gym its boring and only fat smelly dudes are on the treadmill at my gym

There are less harsh compounds than tren that will actually help your endurance better than tren.

To be honest, you take tren when you have everything else perfectly dialed in. You’ve made progress but you admitted yourself, your sleep is shit, diet sub-par and can’t train optimally due to an injury.

Save the tren for further down the road and follow the above advice given by @anon18050987 basically going on a test only cruise dose. That’s more than enough for you to continue to make progress at this stage.

Definitely. And up the kcals. Tren or any other compound won’t put on weight to your frame. Food will.

Then I would not select tren. It really hurts cardio.
With your job and activity level you should think about EQ/test.

eating i usually have my tuna can with 2 breads, 3 eggs & mass gainer

2 brakes chicken breast strips ( 2packs, whole thing carries 84grams)

we skip lunch at work

i have 2 suppers , usuay first is dense pasta with lots of sauces or something similar, 2nd is some easy shit like chicken fingers or burgers with fries to fill me up,

another mass gainer before bed

training is weird, i do push , pull, rest, till faillure , legs once a week because i cant afford to be crippled for work (lots of ladders and shit)

always worked like this since 17, but added hikes recently like 3 months ago because i moved to a rural area where lots of trails are

what would you recommend instead of tren then ? i have a bottle of anadrol but im not really feeling it , wanted something to put on hard mass , npp / deca perhaps?

never heard of EQ , idk if my guy would have that, any other suggestions?
