You remind me of someone I used to know. Long shifts - crappy diet - looking to cruise - never got above 180LB and would back off the cals if he couldn’t see some abs.

You need more knowledge. More carbs. I’m not shitting on you just saying it as I see it as a 42 year old that hit a good size and strength.

You say your colleagues are mostly coke heads or gear heads. I hope you aren’t taking advice from them. They’ll just talk the same ol rubbish. More test - more protein - and if that fails - tren. Any of these guys walking around above 230 with 14% bodyfat?

No one here is shittin on you but maybe you need to look for good advice. This is the place. I didn’t really see anyone here mocking you. Just good questions and good points about your life and diet. If I was a roofer I’d be downing 5000 cals a day just to walk to the toilet.

Roids will help but diet and training will help more. If you ain’t shitting 7 times a day and eating enough to bankrupt a food bank each day - btw - higher carbs for bulking - fuck them eggs - then you need to revisit your plans. Understand macros a bit more.

Also do you intend to adopt this lifestyle long term? I only ask because if you intend to just blast and cruise there are implications not least of which is when you stop ( and most will for some reason) are you in a country that will happily put you on TRT for almost no cost because you have low t levels? If not then you’ll get fat miserable and not so horny and all kinds of other stuff.

Please listen to the advice given. It’s not condescending. They’re gathering info to help you and telling people you gained 45lbs is of course great for you but to take it further you really have to commit now. Steroids will cover for crappy diet and training but there’s a limit and adding another compound won’t fix you eating wrong - training wrong and looking for shortcuts. I wish you well but listen and don’t assume every answer you get on here is negative criticism.

If I was you I’d dial my test e at 500mg a week - sort out my diet and my training. Check back in 4 months and let us know how you got on. And you will probably need to eat to a level that makes you feel sick to be honest.

I wish you well - there is a cost to extreme hormones though. Keep it simple. Test is best.

BTW only training legs once a week cos you need them for work? If you upped that frequency you wouldn’t struggle to walk the day after leg day. You train everything above your belly button all the time. You don’t need your arms? Chest? this smacks of an excuse. If you rarely train legs it hurts when you do. Enjoy that did chest day feel the day after? Do that for legs. And trust me the women in the know don’t do guys with spaghetti legs. Squat squat squat my friend.

Call me old school but it you want to go up in mass and strength you train legs. It’s pretty much half your body. I never met an ā€œUpper Bodybuilderā€ with arms over 18 inches even if they were on gear. Drop the hiking start the squatting. Also don’t do leg press. Everyone in the gym has a world record leg press it seems. I leg press 700kg they say . … . . .can barely do proper reps with half body weight . … .Rarely see anyone squatting 250kg for reps though. Those that do can barely buy clothes that fit and life is like a lynx advert for them.

how long can i stay on the test for then? i had naturally low T levels beforehand so i feel like it just kinda brought me.up to par , im in canada so im pretty sure i can get free health help.
i should be becoming much more consistent with my eating in the upcoming weeks tbh , why hate on eggs btw?
i was actually eating to the sick point about a month and a half ago, id have to sleep on an angle or id puke in my mouth, had a hard time tying my shoes etc , it worked and i stayed lean with the work

youre right ill start adding legs more often it was just a very bad experience it made work hell , could i do a brake in period ? or go as hard ?
i also cant do any compounds my slipped 2 discs and i seriously dont want to go through that pain again i was crippled a few weeks ago , would machines and leg press still do

TBH I was on test for about 9 years. I was lifting heavy the whole time and eating enough to bankrupt a family of three.

If you’re happy with being on TRT from the day you stop to the day you die then you can cruise as long as you want but there are other health issues associated. Blood pressure - cholesterol if you eat with your emotions. If you have access to regular free blood tests you can pretty much compensate for any problems you introduce (like why the hell are arnie and lou still rocking strong?. . … . … private healthcare and money).

The 2 discs is a downer so yeah maybe squats isn’t the best route but legs will help overall gains.

I recommend at least as much time off as you were on the gear. It’s head f8uck though unless you have a good protocol for winding it down. Some people hate the whole clomiphene and nova and hcg thing. Some just taper. find what works for you.

If I could go back and have a chat with my 24 year old self I’d say less is more and play the long game. Trust me - if it’s girls you’re after for this they will already be noticing. No need to become a total shed yet.

idknehat TDEE is, it just gives me a calorie intake number like 4000 calories for bulking, they say my.max muscular potential is 220lbs at 15% or 210lbs at 10%

my intake is around 3.5k

i thought i was already on a surplus im skinny

i wanna put on atleast 5-7lbs per month

i dont have the actual gains per month because i only scaled maybe twice

eat around 180-220g a day of protein

train about 5x a week

workout is split , so 1 week ill do heavy lift like example 5-3-1 on a loaded chest press, then drop set with negatives on last set, over to chest flys , 5x10 kill triceps with cables and dumbells till i cant move them anymore
week 2 ill go medium weights same exercises
week 3 ill isolate each group
my strenght has been going up crazy like this every time i come back to week 1 i can lift heavier

duration depends on how many people are in the gym and if im caffeinated or not lol

why am i so much more vascular and strong on 500-600 than 250 tho , like HUGE difference, soon as i drop the dose its like im back to pre-test

Blood pressure most likely- not a good ting. Hopefully it’s body fat drops. Gotta up those carbs.

blood tests are unfortunately hard to get , only family docs can send me for one and my family doctor is super incompetent , seen her twice it was total bs.

ive had naturally low blood pressure since a kid so it shouldnt be so bad

im only on month 5 so i should be alright for a while, its just the cruise & blast protocol i need to nail dowm a bit better i keep hearing mixed reviews , my only side affect so far has been acne but i feel like it was mostly due to wearing a support belt during my injury

they are noticing but not gonna lie the more they are the less interested i am? my gf keeps telling me she doesnt want me to become huge, to shave my beard etc and i look at her with a crazy face cuz to me , its important to be big and strong - maybe its the insecurity of being insanely skinny my whole life idk but i domt even care what they like anymore lol

Unless you wanna get huge - that takes a lot of commitment btw you mostly be in the a large dude category.

You wouldn’t believe what it takes to get to the ā€œmy missus doesn’t want me to get too bigā€ level. I suggest just take it easy. Read up on nutrition and if you want to blast and cruise understand that there is a toll but you’re in Canada so they’ll help with your hormones later in life - I’m in the uk - blasted and cruised for 15 years. Now on HRT. I don’t really regret it but could have limited the damage ir I’d known more at the time/times. I wish you luck but slow down.

usually im on test E 250 but i ran out and a buddy fronted me a bottle till i go bsck to my regular stuff, never heard of the brand ( Finish Line ) it doesnt say the type on it and its 350mg/ml, odd dose but it does the job

No more than 400 a week in split doses. 6 to 10 weeks on 3 months off. I’d be in a better position than I am now for sure and keep my diet in check and just deal with the loss of strength and mass in the off periods. Play the long game.

Look - I’m only 42. I geared up for about 16 years. When I lost the verve for it (covid) I crashed so hard. If you want to do this practice harm limitation or get ready for the long game. Let’s face it neither of us is a competitive bodybuilder. We just want to look good, feel good and rock a boner all the time. So think about the long game.

what if i just drop it down? because when i completely come off my nat test aint right got a hard time staying hard and i get kinda moody/bitchy due to imbalance of Oestrogen/Test

Also, keep in mind that if you want a woman to be in a relationship AND also nasty in bed, you cant be leaner than she is.
Girls will do everything with a better looking body ONCE. But they will never be with one because they want the attention and they cant feel hot if the guy is leaner.

Basically, if your goal is to be liked, the way you look in the profile pic is not only attainable naturally with 0 drugs at all, it is also probably the most muscle you will ever need, and if some girl doesnt like you, its not because of the body at that point.

Now if you want other men to look at you and give u compliments in the shower - you can be as big as your genetics will allow.
Sadly, with all the MMA craze nowdays, being just big also doesnt work anymore. Every other dude is now doing BJJ and will feel like he needs to show everyone that he can put you in a knee bar and unless you actually learn to fight, he will do it at the first chance just to show off.

So i would start by defining - WHY do you even wanna do this. And the answer is not to ā€œbe bigā€ but dig a bit deeper and answer - what the fuck would be better in your daily life if you add an inch to your biceps? Which activities will be more enjoyable in your opinion?
If you want to attract females - work on the personality and clothing. If you want to be respected - learn to fight. If you want to get compliments from other men on your selfies - continue what you are doing :smiley:
