Ya some people report major water weight from adrol.
Personally neither adrol or dbol makes me retain water and if it does its a pound or two nothing noticeable. I do gain some immediate glycogen weight maybe 4lbs in the first week or so but not bloat.
The only thing that has ever made me retain a lot of water was high doses of testosterone and it wasn’t estrogen related. I’m guessing it had to do with electrolyte /mineral imbalances but I tried to mitigate that with vitamins and minerals with no success. My body just doesn’t handle high testosterone well
That’s a really long time. May I ask at what dose and if you had your liver enzymes tested? Were you taking TUDCA, NAC or another liver support supplement?
It really seems like people missed my point. Of COURSE test is not comparable to tren and of course its more safe.
I was making a point of tren vs Multiple compounds mixed in terms of taxing.
I was trying to say that Low test with low tren is not any more taxing than a cycle with 3/4 compounds non-tren.
People seem to find it no issue to run test/deca/eq + dbol or for a cycle around 500MG each or even higher, dont believe that that is any more safe than a low dose of tren, that is the point I was making.
Now of course 400mg of tren would be heavier than those compounds combined, but i was talking about low dosages.
25-50 per day. liver enzymes never moved outside of normal range during that period, that’s something I always get tested when I get blood tests. I did not supplement with any liver support. I would probably start if I started to see bloodwork looking bad, but I’m not really a fan for treating symptoms before they actually exist.
Well I should specify, the absence of an elevation in liver enzymes doesn’t equate to no damage being induced on a cellular level. For all you know significant, irreversible damage/fibrosis within the liver might’ve occurred by now
Constant Dark Urine and Yellow’ish color on eyeballs (pull down eye lids to see) is also often associated with taxed or damaged liver, not always though, but often.
Well if it’s transient/minor damage being induced over a long period of time you can actually be asymptomatic until advanced scarring/hepatic failure set in
Same goes with kidney disease, you’re generally only symptomatic with kidney disease after GFR drops below say 60… though AAS use over time, particularly in high dosages extensively scars the kidneys
I’ve dropped everything (was on 100mg test 100mg deca… switching back to 200mg test on the basis of deca fucking crushed my HDL cholesterol (27), raised LDL (actually this was probably the 120mg mast I was on prior)… ldl was 145
On 200mg test
HDL was like 45
LDL was like 100
I’m glad I got tested instead of ignoring/not thinking about it
I now know that aside from very short bursts, AAS just aren’t for me
I felt fine, but I knew my lipids were probably out of whack. On 200mg test alone my lipids are perfect (literally… aside from borderline low HDL my HDL/LDL ratio is like 1:2.7)
Furthermore I’m no longer anaemic, nandrolone raised my red cell count from being on for the past 2 months
Within my family, familial hypercholesterolemia type 2 is present within my mother’s side. For me this is manageable via diet alone… but I’ve dealt with skewed lipids when I was on 7mg anastrazole weekly, and it appears exogenous synthetic (not test) androgens elicit quite a large strain on my lipid profile… to the point that diet, training and supplementation can’t sort it out
With this in mind, aside from perhaps very rare, occasional experimentation far down the line I’m done, 200mg test and perhaps peptides if I ever feel like it… but currently I’m good with 200mg
It’ll give me more chance to be a teenager again, not be so overtly worried about my health the whole
Time
I mean I’ve got comprehensive blood panels every time I’ve gotten bloodwork, not just like one or 2 things. I’ve never had a cholesterol issue either. Literally nothing out of range on pages of bloodwork. That’s why I asked about symptoms, since there’s no number I’m getting back on any test that would indicate a problem. This is good info though, thanks for everything you’ve been posting.
I’d lost almost all my gains in Europe from behaving like a retard
Despite being injured, getting sick etc, I’ve managed to gain back just about everything I’d lost despite not being able to diet/train adequately… that’s what pisses me off the most. What would’ve happened had I been able to train properly during this timeframe
I’ve never used 400mg for more than say 1-2 weeks total
