umm, you sure you need to go on cycle for this? Sounds like if you leaned out, you’d weigh in at around 150lbs. This doesn’t scream “I need Tren” to me
24% body fat?! I never even consider going on a cycle until I’m below 14% bf at the highest, the results are exponentially better, sides aren’t as severe and besides if you have a high body fat and go on cycle you look even shittier when you bloat up with the eventual water weight gain. Just stick to a diet and train man.
I wouldn’t, not with Tren, unless you are prepping for something. I had a hard time keeping BS up while using it. I’d make sure you get plenty of carbs and protein (and calories) while on it. Part of what it does nutrient partitioning.
These calculators are not accurate. If you really want to know:
Go get metabolic testing done, takes like 20 min, find your actual RMR. Then use a tracker to ESTIMATE NEAT, and also to measure calorie burn during exercise (or use METs then convert), now you’ll have your actual TDEE. Adjust calories from there
That’s the other reason I asked. The machine at gym is giving me a lower bf than the scale I have at home. So I’m not quite sure what my bf is at. The one at my gym where you step on it and hold two handles says I’m below 20% but the scale at target says 24%. Like my chest and waist are defined and my stomach is flat. No 6 pack though.
Where can I get an accurate bf%? Also I already started. I have a pct on hand in case I get negative side effects.
Go get a DEXA scan if you really need to know, but it’s irrelevant info. If you dont have a visible 6-pack, your estimate of 24% may well be accurate.
No offense dude, but your lean body mass is low and absolutely does not require the use of AAS to be improved. I’m not saying to never cycle, I’m saying that it makes no sense to cycle when you still need to learn how to train, eat and recover properly.
Your exact BF doesnt matter. The only way your current development is acceptable is if the fattest place on your body has skin as thin as a plastic wrap, and people see your pulse in your neck without even trying. If you are not dangerously low and dehydrated 10 minutes before stepping on a stage, you are small, weak and fat(sorry, just facts) and you are at least 3 years of training, eating and learning away from doing any kind of steroid or a sarm.
TBH I don’t think BF% is the bigger concern here. I’m happy you’re receptive to advice, and I urge you to follow other people’s advice as well - I would be focusing on putting on some muscle well before considering AAS.
Leaning out first is good - it reduces Aromatase activity, but you could still put on a good chunk of muscle natty before needing enhancement.
