Trying to plan for my third cycle. I have experience with Test, tren, mast, and var. Originally I was planning on just doing a bulking cycle. However I just found out we are going on vacation in 19 weeks, so I am on the fence as to what to do.

My initial plan was:
Test p eod @ 100mg wks 1-12
Npp eod @ 100mg wks 1-12
Anadrol @50mg wks 1-5
Aromasin 12.5mg eod wks 2-12
Tamoxifen and caber on hand
Chose Anadrol over Dbol since I am fairly estrogen sensitive.
My questions is now, should I do a 12-15wk “recomp” with var, low test, and primo? Or should I do the cycle above for 10 weeks, cruise on 200mg of test for 3 weeks and then take tren A/winstrol for 6 weeks. Obviously, do a heavy PCT after.
I am 12% bf, but my issue is my abs are not pronounced and a majority of my fat is on my hips. I would like to be sub 10%, as that is where I actually look lean.
Lots of numbers and no pictures. This isnt a math class. If we are talking bodybuilding and sports performance - picture says a thousand words.
You can be 300lbs 5% BF on a paper, all it takes is to write these numbers. Now - making a pic that tells the story, is a different thing.
How did you come to this conclusion? I for one am not confident enough to make a statement like “I am X% BF”.
I’ve had people tell me I am 10-15%, I’ve had things like the navy calculator tell me I am 18%, I’ve had a trainer measure me with calipers at 11% when I was a bit leaner (I don’t believe I was that lean).
I’d feel pretty comfortable saying, that I am in between 13-23% BF. I am almost sure on that. The issue is that doesn’t tell someone much.
Not to cause offense here, but you’re already 2 cycles deep and look like this? Why are you not bigger?
You need a lot more time in the gym before considering AAS, to be honest. I’m sure that you’ll make your own decisions, but you are absolutely not in a position to justify the use of steroids… they aren’t yet needed to reach your goals.
