My cardio has completely gone to shit. I can hardly climb a flight of stairs without breathing hard. I am not seeing any of the notorious ‘Tren vascularity’ - if my veins are popping, they are hidden under 1/4 inch of fat and water.
Any advice? …just try to work through it and do the best I can?
question 2: how long will it take to get my wind back after I end the Tren? (I plan on running it for another 5 wks.)
I’m curious about this, too. I will be wanting to continue cardio throughout my tren cycle next month, and the shortness of breath is one of my concerns. Does this get better if you stick the cardio out? Certainly some people use tren in the run up to a show and have to do cardio, right?

I'm really interested in this too with my upcoming test/tren gig and cutting with it. Hopefully some of the experienced trennies will jump in with both feet for us!

It’s been written everywhere, and it seems everyone swears it to be true, but my cardio has never suffered greatly from Tren use. Maybe 20 seconds slower on my 1-mile time, but nothing to rant and rave about honestly.
What was your level of cardiovascular fitness before going on cycle? Like, what did you do (run, sprint, skip rope, etc.), for how long, and how often? Are you sleeping ok, maybe you’re just tired?
It could be that your body is still adjusting to the high levels of hormones introduced into your body. I just finished 8 weeks of test/tren myself, and my first week or so was tough, but I attributed that to not sleeping very good. I just toughed it out and my body seemed to re-adjust itself, and I didn’t have any problems with my endurance after that.

Well, back in the day, I was running marathons and triathlons, and although it’s been a couple of years since I did any of that, it wasn’t too long ago that I was doing pretty rigorous MMA training 3x a week, as well as occassional jogging, track workouts.
I have been wondering if maybe it’s at least a little bit dose dependent and maybe I would do better overall if I would drop back to 50mg ed
As far as sleep…it’s not too bad - I usually take some benadryl before bed, which seems to help. No other sides to speak of (no night sweats, aggression, etc)
Well at least you know you got legit Tren
I do no carido at all but I know firsthand of what you speak of. Tren is a notorious cardio killer. If I am doing a set of more than 10 reps I am usually winded if its a compound movement. Luckily I don’t do many of those. As the days go by usually this problem lessens for most.
As for how long to get back your wind since you have Ace I’d say 3-4 days maybe. Enan maybe a week or so.
As far as 50mg ED vs 75mg ED I personally have never exceeded 50mg. The combination of price and sides limits me to 50mg and I’ve always been happy at the dosage.
During my last cycle with tren I noticed a large drop off in cardiovascular endurance. This was not from actual cardio sessions (I don’t do cardio in the winter) but with just everyday activities. Taking stairs, walking the dog, and sex all made me winded. It took about 2 weeks to get back to normal as I was on tren E.
Everyday activities and weight traiing were totally fine. But I did lose some cardio in MMA training. I felt great and bam, I hit a wall much earlier. Still had plenty compared to many though.
And I never exceed 40mg with Tren. I get great gains so why go higher? After 3 weeks anyway I start to suffer from the insomnia and nightsweats etc. so I dont think I’ll ever go high dose or past 4 weeks, though I’m tempted by Tren E instead of Tren A and I’d try for 6-7 weeks.
While my cardio doesnt shrink, my balls sure do! I always add some Test so no libido or wood issues, but where the boys at??
I’m currently running Tren A/Test P 75mg/100mg ED respectively. Without a doubt my endurance has gone to shit, I’m only on my 3rd injection. I noticed it today when I was working out with weights, at the end of each set my heart was pounding. I can only imagine what would happen if I set foot on a treadmill.
I never had any problem with cardio activities when I ran tren.
I think that’s a myth about tren too-- just like the cough. The only reason cardio would be more difficult, IMO, is the fact you’re adding mass like crazy.

Maybe try to add some MMA-circuit-training type of thing into your training program. 5min of sprawls, sandbag shouldering, jump-rope, etc. you know what I’m talking about, then 1min rest, repeat for 5 rounds. 30 minutes of heart.
Usually whenever I’m feeling like my wind isn’t strong (even when I’m not on any AAS), I try to do this workout past the point of physical exhaustion. And it really helps if you have a training partner to encourage/compete with you through it, I don’t push myself as hard I’ve noticed when I do this on my own. The next day my lungs feel brand new again.
Another good workout to wake up your lungs is hill sprints followed by pushups or pullups. Find a good steep hill about 200m, run as fast as you can up it, then immediately try to do 20 pushups/pullups at the top. You’ll feel like you’re drowning, good times. Do this 3 or 4 times and you’re done. My training partner almost always barfs after this workout.
I haven’t taken tren, but I’ve heard steroids might cause hypoglycemia. I’ve also heard that some steroid users use prednisone to keep their blood sugar up. Just some things I have heard about.
