Treasure, Not Junk

Yesterday

snatch grip rack pulls just below knees <nothing heavy, just getting a good groove on. Need to bring back more pulls…
top set 145/4x8 barely any rest

Tbars ghetto style BUT really kept my back close to 90 I could. Whoa so much harder of a pull

45? 3x10 tried for 55 but got 3 lol

cable curls 20/3x12 dang
hammer curls 15#dbs
then I was going back and forth from my high rack and lower rack. one I almost have to jump up, one have to tuck and go
a bunch of 1 reps till I had a great pumping of the heart and my form was starting to fade.
nice pump on!

Im not a good log reader so i just skimmed your last couple pages. Sorry on no finals, and I hope the rib (ribs) heals up.[/quote]

hard as I was sore in my upper back to start.

Shoulder development completed!! Great work Up

That is a lot of volume, damn good job.

Joe…, you are a volume whore yourself

Well obviously Ive been a tad busy. Training has been sporadic. That needs to stop. Stella needs her groove back.
Eating had to be on point, and it was. Im at 119, not that the number really means anything. I may hold this for a couple weeks or just try for another pound. i just took a ton of clothes to my seamstress, so I can probably go up or down 3-5# and still fit comfortably in them. At least thats what Im hoping. I went back and forth with alterations, and finally just gave in. My waist is getting pretty tiny and my bootie is holding its own.<<<I like this. I have to admit, i missed having such a flat tummy even after eating.

Abs about to pop. NIce curves and definition.

Looking good, you and your food! What goes, comes out.

Oh…, hey

Ive been crazy busy. School grad stuff etc. Took on a new full time job, yada yada. Seriously its kicking my ass. I probably bit off a little too much. The salon is super busy, but more rules and expectations then Ive ever had…, I suppose that is why they are so successful. I cant even go by my name, which surprisingly there is someone else with it. So tons of new, new new, change change change.

I ended up sick for my second week, so i only trained full body once. I feel like I have a better hold on things now, so i will get back in full on mode this week. I dropped another few #s, so i have got to get in more food! I definitely wont be spinning till i have my weight settle in. Im not drinking as much water, and my whittle muscles arent holding any water so that should fill me in some, but even with that I look super lean. I really dont want to drop any more weight. I am eating my last meal after work at 10 pm a few nights, so that was weird, but i need the calories so I have no choice. No more deficit for me, I need food. I learned quick to get in extra water early or late depending on work time. I cant believe how not drinking my usual water just zaps my energy. I really miss not eating when i want :frowning:
On my 2 early days I get up even earlier than early so I can get in more food before work. This all may sound so simple to you, but for me its not.

I can hardly wait to train today, remind me of this when i can hardly lift my arms or walk. Thats probably the worst part of not getting in my training, the soreness when i get back at it. Ill try to hit med/weight more volume for this first one, I make no guaranties.

food porn Ill post another time.

Just dropping by. It’s been awhile. BTW, I got the frozen peas reference. I was just joking with ya. Your midsection looks really good back there. Congrats on leaning out! Maintenance mode is a good thing. I’m about there myself, but still trying to come back down just a couple of pounds.

Sorry to hear about the illness, and the hectic work/ kids schedule. I’m experiencing a little of that myself. Prom, end of year busy. I should be updating my summer course syllabus right now, but I’m reading your log instead. Will your daughter go away to college in the fall? That’s us next year, with our oldest. I cried when he went to kindergarten, so that tells you something about how this is going to go down. I’m not going to like it one bit. LOL!.

…Sometimes the jest doesnt come across on the web. Gotcha.
Things settled down some, or i am adjusting.
Prom…, she looked so beautiful. My husband wondered where the rest of the dresses were though. Senior short.

Well…, up until a few weeks ago she was going to Missouri ~~~ but changed her mind and is going to the local. Her plan is get her grades up and transfer. She would like to go back to Carolina. I think she will change her mind, we shall see. I know it was a very tough move late in her high school years. Ha Ha on the school thing. Yes, you will be crying. Totally different kids I have, daughter from day one was more than happy to go off to “school” (pre-school) First couple days i got a good bye and a big hug. By the third day i thought she would cry realizing she was leaving me…she didnt even turn back around that day :frowning: <<I cried because of it. Son had the record at one preschool for crying, he was holding the record into first grade. I sure hope someone else is running with that record now.

Well…,I am adjusting. Im not sure having only 1 day off every other week is going to hold. I have been poking around seeing what other options i have. I just think that at this stage in life, more part time, would fit the family as a whole.

Like everyone, I want it all, and i want to have a lot more in me after that is done, haha. I food shopped after work yesterday and have a big pot of sauce overflowing with meatballs to show for it!!!

I am back on track with training. That being said there is Nothing like holding your arms up for 45 minutes to remind you of that! The burning is unreal, and truth be told, I had to lower and shake them out more than once, must look rather odd.

Not sure if its “normal” or not, but my glute ham tie in area is always slightly sore (NOT at all in a bad or injured way). I realize I must not have been sitting back and up as nice, but weird to always feel that spot. I dont feel it doing nothing, just taking the stairs etc. Maybe it needs some rolling, admittedly I have neglected that routine. Certainly NOT complaining if it means bootie lift

OK, food has been in long enough, time to train!

Love when legs look good on shoulder day. Not sure much change since leaning out, maybe little more curve.

EDIT so much curve im sideways / not sure how to flip pics on this apple…
