Training is ok. Sleeping has been A+. Now I need training A++ I hit back and legs and core, and seem to skim everything else. I keep saying Im going to get it all together, now I just have to actually do it. Im getting a little pissed at myself. I do know that if I slack in my back work, It shows up, so that lesson was learned. Ive been really into the snatch grip deads and rack pulls.
Today I did legs .Started with inner /outer. . I alternated back squat and front squat @100 so Id do 1 fs then 3 back, and repeat till I could feel my form slipping on FS. Then I dropped to 2/1 and then 1/1. My heart was pumping pretty good! Followed this up with goblet squat (love these) @ only 35/3x10 . single leg press, ext and curl.I ended it with single leg glute raise. When i finished I closed my eyes…, and fell asleep on my mat. I have off tomorrow, so Ill work chest and shoulders.

Ha, you must have needed the rest. I’ve fallen asleep on the bench at a very noisy gym once. Never lived it down, I miss that gym though.

I was out for an hour. This new schedule has been a killer, but Im adjusting.
Almost ready to hit some deads. I really like pull day.
As you can see no big changes, no gains, and no noticeable loses. Maybe shoulders miss the extra time i was giving them.
The back squat has helped tighten up my glute ham tie in area, its no longer in a state of permanent soreness. Scale weight …,not exactly sure, i stopped weighing myself. I really only care about what the shape looks like, not the number. Id say 119? I know it would be beneficial to start tracking my cals again, being so much more active, i know i need more. i have just been eating what i can, when I can tell I need more, I dont hesitate to down a danish at night with my dinner. I should just down a tbs of coconut oil or evoo with my eggs, but the danish is so good, with that sugary crunch on the outside. I havent been eating as much red meat , It gave me more cals, so I need to thaw out the last of the grass fed, I could eat that every day.
Oh well, if i had it all figured out , maybe id be bored. Whats been working is 3 full body wos on my super busy week(the 1 day off) and splitting things up more on my other week. Ill try this out and see how things feel.
Ill try flipping the pics to see if they post right…I really need a class on this computer.
