73 squats …Its good to count so I could see how many I added so far:

2:20 54 +13
2:40 61 + 7 < saw that low add :frowning: and next goal was set at 10
3:00 73 + 12 better

Getting a bit of a groove. Taking pics exactly the same is a challenge all in itself. Daughter had someone over , so my side shot will have to be next time. Tried to get the quad shot as close as i could, different time of day and not exact, but close enough. Wasnt expecting big changes or even much of a change, but here is one side by side. DAY 1 and end of week 2.

Progression is good.

Newer pic the quad looks more defined.

I have serious hot tub envy…

DON’T CLOSE IT FOR SNOW! You don’t know what you are missing. Hot tubbing in the winter is even better. There is nothing like sticking your beer in the snow around the hot tub and enjoying the soak. After a few beer jumping out and rolling in the snow before diving back in becomes fun even.

Looking good. Doing this with a FS is positively nuts. I like it.

My daughter thinks Im crazy wanting my legs thicker. I tell her not really thicker just want to see some pop like she has from dancing. Of coarse she has to show off and flex her leg at me, totally ripped. Im actually really thrilled for her, she doesnt have all my body genetics.

KP your too sweet. I tried to get all the spa light colors…You could use a jacuzzi for your winters, but maybe you do.

The blue pics reminded me of the original star trek show. Captain Kirk was always seduced by the blue skinned aliens that looked incredibly human, other than the blue skin of course.

Blue-skins were the Andorians with the white hair and antennae. Opposite of sexy.
