I’m in a german/ukrainian area, and there are always the cabbage roll wars between the babas and omas. Whenever this sort of thing happens I always volunteer to be a neutral taste tester, but they worry my palates too dulled by british food to be of use. Your’s look delicious. Recipe? We need cabbage rolls from around the world…
Well hello, missed your food pics & updates. But yeah sometimes life just gets in the way. Can we get the recipe pretty please, looks good.

Well I dont measure anything really. I just boil the cabbage(after peeling off in “sheets” and I cut that really tuff piece the whitish part.
I just mix ground beef, white rice, onion, salt pepper and tomato soup. I suppose you can use cambel sp? but i used one with out the corn syrup. I stuff like picture and bake at 350 for about 1:15. Super easy ingredients, maybe you would like to add in garlic or something, we like them like this. The freshly picked cabbage made them super delish. i did add a little of the tomato soup in the wrap. I also cook rice ahead but the beef is still raw when I stuff.
So… I decided that I needed to do something different. I read someones post about the hungarian oak leg blast or something like that.
Im using just the bar, I know they said in article that the guy used 30% of his max. Im only on the first week. Im not sure if I am doing it right, Id link it, but I havent taken the time to figure out this new computer. Ill try to get it up here early in the week. Anyway, the part im not sure i am doing right is the ext and curls(mine are seated) example i did 8 reps @ 45 then the pause for 12 sec then POF which was another 7,5,8 reps for the 3 sets.
Ill have to link it for anyone to chime in. But that is what I am up to. My hub also said he would run with me, so I may take him up on that at least 1x a week maybe 2, but i really just want to do this 8 week program and see if any changes. I havent decided how i want to eat yet. If my goal is more size, then I will have to be up above maintenance which is around 1700±
Ill try to get the same shots @ 4 week mark and 8 week mark ? The hardest part is the lighting and angle. I tried to mark where i stood, but the sun moving will make it hard. Its amazing how just turning slightly or the lighting can make pics so different. UGH! Ill try to get as close as i can.
Im not sure i will see any diffeernce , but it sounds like a fun challenge.
day one was 2 min I did 41 squats day 2 was 2:20 i did 54 not sure my speed up is fast enough, just going at a smooth pace.

EDIT both are week one, just not sure which will be the lighting so did two. Plus its my favorite leg view of myself, so thats the one i went with.

…I will probably be regretting this soon. My shoulders get uncomfortable, so my arm position is changing even with the low time.
I may switch from back to front squat if they get real sore, dont think it matters, i go deeper with fronts anyway.

So I looked back at some workouts…last time I did 100/4 was sept 2012. But i didnt do the dips first, i swore I was doing them first. Glad i looked.
I also was hitting some other decent numbers. I need to keep my momentum going. Dont even want to think about when I hurt my leg, but I know that slowed down everything.
Doing the dips before bench absolutely had to have an impact. You should be able to get 4 reps at 100 and maybe 5.

Yea Joe, that wasnt the smartest arrangement, Ill be sure to move those tri killers somewhere else.

Went right into leg ext, and curl . Felt fine right after squats but can see how it is building up. i need to stop counting and just squat.
I have my gym boss attached to gym to see time/hear beep. Going into the ext after my first set of 30, i was fine, till rep 19 and wasn’t sure id make it to 30. LUCKILY my hub came down and talked to me a minute and it helped the Im gonna vomit feeling I was having. I know what your thinking…“shes gonna vomit at 2:40, no way she will make it to 8min”. Dont feel bad, Ive thought that same thing. I wont think it again as I added sets on to ext and curl for it. I may have to take a pause but Ill do it.

Corrmhoma we had a spa years ago in AZ, only difference now is Im putting up sunbrella curtains to tie back and will be closing for SNOW instead of sun, haha. I am especially loving the jets up my spine to traps!!! Cant wait to obliterate back now!!!

Im actually getting nervous about todays sesh, and its only 3 min. That vomit feeling I got aftr first set of 30 ext. wasnt pleasant. Maybe it wont even happen today, or Ill actually need the bucket Im planning on having
Can we say out of condition.
I wasnt even sore after first couple sessions, I was after the 2:40. My inner thighs were pretty wrecked, not as bad as a “normal” leg day, but I can see that happening soon. The thing is I dont need or want more size in adductors, but I guess strengthening there will help too. I may go for the FS today either from the start or mid point, see how my shoulders feel. Im already moving my hands in and out , move the bar high and low, and sometimes “wrap” my arms around the bar with them stretched out. Should be interesting. Not complaining here, just being descriptive.
