Im going to be traveling with my parents in italy this summer for a few weeks. I was wondering what you guys do when you’re on vacation and not around a gym. do you pack a bunch of Grow? do pushups and bodyweight exercises? let me know thanks

My only advice is to enjoy yourself, don’t worry about packing food, MRP’s, etc. Sure do some pushups… HOWEVER, unless you have a very slow metabolism, eat everything in sight!! You will do so much walking that you will literally waste away if you don’t eat a ton! I lost almost 10 lbs while back packing in europe for only 2 weeks!! (it comes back easy, though!) Enjoy italy, spend as much time in florence as possible!
