Looking for form feedback. I don’t think it is terrible Hit 240kg X 5 with straps and a belt high handles.Plus 240kg X 1 no straps. Missed 260kg this week.Broke floor without straps.

My 2c is this. It appears that when on the ground between reps you don’t reset. You just begin where you left off. I could be wrong but looking at the video that’s what i’m seeing. I think if you reset you would get more reps/higher weight potential.
Disclaimer-I haven’t done a trap bar lift in years. I barely even deadlift anymore so take what i’m saying with a grain of salt.
Thanks. I will give it a try . it would be a good fix to hit more reps , more weight.
If you were just doing touch and go your good but since your putting the weight down you may as well take a second to reset so you can generate as much power as possible.
Do the 2nd though last reps feel weaker or the same as the first?
weaker rep by rep. The last rep is the weakest.
Try to reset and compose yourself between reps and see if it make a difference.
