Trap/Hex Bar vs Box Squat?

Hey Thib,

keeping it short to make it a quick read. What do you think is the better exercise for athletes, looking for a medium depth, bilateral squat exercise? I read you recommend the box squat for sprinters, but shouldnt Trap/Hex Bar have the same range, without the heavy spinal loading, and comparable regeneration times if you do a slow ecc with touch&go.
