Aggressive Exercises

Every time I finish a set of Dips I feel like kicking someones ass. No other exercises make me feel like that when I finish them. Anyone else have an exercise with that effect, or should I get on medication?

Every time I finish a back exercise I attack someone in the gym with a 1.25kg plate (anything else is too heavy).

Yeah, if you go heavier than that, you risk overtraining.

I feel like crying after squats.

I feel indifferent after benching.

I feel like a jack ass when I do dumbell curls.

I feel like a world beater when I get off the adductor machine.

Every exercise pisses me off. If it’s worth doing I fucking attack it and try to make it die.

Otherwise it’s just for shits and giggles.

the snatch makes me wanna back-hand people far larger than myself, I can’t help it, its like smacking people becomes sex, and I wanna do it with as many complete strangers as possible. Is that weird?

When I see a girl doing deadlifts in the gym, I feel like aggressively humping her.

One time I was so excited that I bench pressed 365 that I got up and shoved my spotter (a friend of mine, not a rando) and he fell through the glass window behind the bench that seperated the basketball court and the weightroom. For as much as I had to pay for that window, it was worth every penny to see my buddy’s body be savagely projected through glass. Miraculously he was fine, but holy piss was it funny.

Seriously…why would an exercise piss anyone off? If it makes you mad, don’t do it. Life’s too short to be pissed off.

Great question. Me… Ummm… Doing squats, deadlifts, or good mornings “zercher” style. The pain makes me mad.

Oh I agree with that too and I consider myself a pretty miserable person. Just not pissed off I suppose.
