Was looking for some advice please. I’m looking for ideas on helping someone build muscle that can’t even handle weights yet. At the moment I’m making them squat and do push ups, because right now they can do 10 bodyweight squats and 10 push ups (barely).
It’s enlightening for me. However, for them, this is getting boring. I don’t want them to lose motivation so what other things can I start doing with them that will help build some basic muscle!?
