Training To Failure

Is anyone familiar with the book “Beyond Bodybuilding” by Pavel Tsatsouline?- It looks good but I wonder if it is worth the 50.oo price and am curious what others think of the idea of training more frequently but never to failure espoused in the book–also curious about opinions about “Beyond Brawn” by Stuart McRobert–thanks.

Pavel’s stuff is always overpriced and most of it is available in PDF on Limewire. But yes, his methods are much better than HIT or any of that train-once-a-month crap.

Beyond Brawn and the other Brawn books are solid choices.
