I have 2 more days of Meltdown Training to do. Than I will be doing Complexes for fat loss along with a 3 week rowing for fat loss program.
I work 3-4 days a week, 12 hour shifts. Off days are not a problem, I can row in the AM than lift in the pm or what ever is better. Work days I will need to lift and row back to back.
Question is what would be the best timing, lifting first that rowing? or rowing than lifting?
I know everyone is diffrent and I adabt to time easily working swing shift the last 2 years. I am just asking what would make more ssnce in general.
