Sleep and Meltdown Training

I am going to start Meltdown Training 1 on the 17th.

I start night shift (6p-6a)on Wednesday. Normally I get home around 630, shower and go to sleep. I lift around 3:00 pm. The problem is I will be awake untill 7:00 am the next day.

This schedule as worked before but I am concerned being that Meltdown is alot more intense than I am use to.

Would it be better to get home from work than lift around 630-7:00 am than sleep until I need to get up for work?

My diet works well while at work becuase I can eat when ever I want through out the 12 hours.

Seriously, how do you expect anyone to be able to tell you how your body will respond to this program? I could say, “Well, for me [insert stuff].” But you don’t know me or whether we have similar bodies and recovery systems.

You simply have to do “Meltdown” and figure it out from there.
