Sup. Thanks to everyone who posted opinions on the best way to use 4 bottles of Mag 10. I’ve decided to pretty much go with 1 serving a day in 2 week cycles–lasting a total of 16 weeks (8 on 8 off).
I’ve developed the following as my training approach during the 16 weeks. Please let me know what you think. My goals are to gain muscle, plain and simple.
Weeks 1+2–ON (Mag 10)-- Training for Max. Size (T4MS), weeks 5-8
Weeks 3+4–OFF (Tribex & M)–T4MS, weeks 1-4
Weeks 5+6–ON–T4MS, weeks 9-12
Week7–OFF–T4MS, weeks 1-4
Week 8–OFF–CT’s OVT
Weeks 9+10–ON–OVT
Week 11–OFF–OVT
Week12–OFF–T4MS, weeks 1-4
Week 13–ON–T4MS, weeks 9-12
Week 14–ON–T4MS, weeks 5-8
Weeks 15+16–T4MS, weeks 1-4
Okay–my idea was to keep variety way up. I wanted to use Weeks 1-4 of the T4MS program as the recovery work during the OFF period and I wanted to be able to train as much as possible (without doing 2x/day), thus the recycling of weeks 5-8 and 9-12 of T4MS. I threw in OVT for more variety, but also b/c I’ve done it before and liked it, plus I dig CT and if he says it’s one of the best for gaining mass, then I’m in.
