Goal for this offseason block was 605, so this was a nice surprise. Haven’t pulled on the DL bar since the meet, and I would definitely recommend staying away from it most of the time…you get a lot stronger without it, and technique improves a lot.

Hit 735 light reverse band deadlift, bands took about about 75lbs off at the bottom and nothing at the knee. Haven’t really been deadlifting or lifting heavy at all lately so this was a surprise. Also the 2nd time i’ve done reverse band.

I hope you never ask him to help you, he didnt even know what he was doing, could’ve got you killed! good job tho!

The heaviest I have ever squatted was 290lbs, a few months ago. Wednesday I did two singles with 295lbs. It is small but it is progress.
The wife let me get a squat rack and a bar, so hopefully my numbers will start moving up a little quicker.

I know its not a powerlift but sue me for it, I hit a 275 overhead press last night.

365 x 3 full Olympic squat w/ wraps only. I just started doing Olympic squats so technically every workout is a PR in some way or another. LOL.

first PL meet a couple weeks ago. PR’s in all 3 lifts. 1471 total, raw no wraps. ranks me at #26 on powerliftingwatch in the 181 class. Went 9/9 on my lifts. 513/374/584

615 raw sumo deadlift at 200 bodyweight this past Saturday.

245 OHP. 40 lbs PR.

615 raw sumo deadlift at 200 bodyweight. The whip of the bar threw me around a bit at lockout but very happy with this pull as its the highest bodyweight coefficient deadlift I’ve ever done.

4" Block Pulls today. Felt great going in and was really looking forward to pulling today. About a month ago I pulled 655 for 3 and missed the 4th. Today managed to hit 5 with a very light touch and very controlled negative on the decent. Then we had the bright idea to pull from a 2" Block with the same weight and actually hit a decent single with that which makes 655 the heaviest weight I ever pulled from that block by a lot. Fairly confident that fresh I would be good for 655 from the floor.
Bw was 208 this morning.

Awesome Incline Bench session. Shoulders never felt better thanks to Adrian Larsen and all this Bodybuilding Training is really pushing my press up hard. Bw 209 this morning.

Incline Bench Thumbs From Smooth

Flat DB Press
