Training Personal Records Part 3

Close Grip Bench Press 285lbs at 180. I think this means I’ll have at least 300 with my normal grip.

SSB Squat 325. I love these, they build my upper back and quads and really helps teach me how to just muscle up a squat in case something’s a little off.

Nice work DD! I almost feel embarrassed posting my bench vid after that lol.

another squat and deadlift PR

555 squat, no belt

640 deadlift, no belt

Great squat and dead. I’ve been thinking about getting the SBD sleeves, are they worth it? Do you think the SBD sleeves increase the weight you lift? How much? I want to start competing in the USAPL and maybe IPF so I am interested in the SBD so this is important to me. I use convict sleeves by APF now and they are good, maybe add 5 or 10 lbs and help with the groove and stability. What’s your opinion?

Already answered most of this in my log, I actually own a pair of EFS sleeves which I believe are similar to the convicts. I don’t find the SBDs to be supportive in the same way.

Also another squat PR:
