Training Personal Records Part 3

Not sure if this is a PR, but rep #3 is definitely a PR for beauty.

Why is there hate everywhere? I guess this is more of the constructive criticism I’ve been hearing about.

Regardless, I’m feeling this thread.

fat guy deadlift

505 + 182lbs of chain x 2

it’s not so much ur fat as you thick lower back…

i benched 110kg for 8 today, which is a huge PR for me. sooner or later i wanna hit 1.5xbw for 10 (weight is at 82kg right now).

405 deadlift for 5 singles without excruciating pain… torn hamstring PR… dammit this sucks.

I squatted 300 pounds last night. Nothing compared to most of ya’ll, but I’m proud of it. Onward and upward!

Strong is the new skinny.

post injury pr 225x7

Good to see this is still going.

Bench PR, 335x2x2 with a pause. Old PR was 335 for 1 and it was bounced like a mofo. I’m 8 weeks into a 12 week layout and haven’t maxed yet, dying to see what the end result is going to be.

Congrats man – everybody remembers their first 300lb lift. Onward to 3 plates.

Last week benched 303 for 4 reps 3 rep PR and 314 once 11 lb. PR. This week got 303 for 5 reps.

Squatted 5x5x405 the other day just happy I survived it.

Hit my first ever 500+ squat yesterday with a really easy 515! Soooo happy with it! That was 40lb pr after sheiko 37! I will get a vid up soon!

Hell yes! Nothing better than your first 300+! I think that getting there is the hardest part then the next 100 are easy as pie!

Great to see this thread.

Thanks to both of you.

Nothing better is right. I went a little crazy after I hit it, haha! 405, here I come!

got a bunch of rep prs over the last week or two
squat 405x5(big deal for me) 420x3(going for 4 next week) bench 225x5 230x4

Benched 408 (single ply) at a base comp last weekend, 45lb meet pr. Hit 120lb dumbells for 13 reps on flat press yesterday.
