I pulled a 635 reverse band deadlift. The bands were set to take 135 off the bottom.

For GM variations that bar is the best for me. The SSB handles lock it into place on my back and the camber imitates my deadlift motion. The regular cambered bar is fine but with the SSB handles I don’t have to worry about the bar slipping on my back. We sometimes use Cambered SSB for squatting too because it’s very easy on the shoulders. You really don’t even need to hold on to the handles and the bar will just sit in place on your shoulders.
I use the regular SSB for GM’s out of a monolift. The SSB ruins my life for a few days after I use it and I can’t go nearly as heavy. It makes my head feel like it’s going to pop off so I try to keep it around 6-8 reps.
All 3 bars are great, but the Cambered SSB is my favorite for GMs.[/quote]

315 Zercher. The spotter practically lifted it for me, which pissed me off and I felt like I was going to explode from all the pressure haha.

Deadlift - 155kg x 10, 162.5kg x 7. Both 3 rep PRs
Had a goal for 2012 to do a trap bar dead lift at 300lbs.
I did in succession: tonight 1/8/2012
I did my working weight of 245 lbs
Then my all time record of 275 lbs … that was easy
Put on 20 more lbs for 295 lbs!!! Thought that was great!
So I tried for the 300 lbs and got it.
However that is not all!
Got rid of the smaller weights and DID THREE PLATES!
Finished it off by hitting 320 lbs, a + 45 lbs PR!
FTR, I started deadlifting one year ago.
i have a bench only meet this saturay so we hit our openers tonight. i also hit a couple PR’s.

Press against bands - 315 + orange short bands (EFS) (2 board + maddog slingshot) = 3. Things are going well with this new sling shot, really lets me overload the top and I’m consistently handling 400+ at the top now.
Not a pr, as I hit 350 on bench last month, but until I’ve done it twice, I don’t feel I own it.
Got 3x305, 1x335, 1x350 last night. Competition in March, hoping for 360-365.

Bench Press 280 x 11 on my “3” week of 5/3/1.
Seems like too many reps, but I’ve already jumped 10 once instead of 5, hesitate to do so again. Training max is 305, calculated max based on 280 x 11 is 370ish. Who would reset higher?
